- The envelope has been opened and the contents removed and refolded
- This was stored in a basement for a long period and carries a musty smell
- Overall age toning and yellowing to the envelope
- Tear along the top edge near the flap, roughly 1 inch, with the flap separating at the corner
- Bottom edge is worn and frayed with some splitting
- Creasing and soft corners throughout
- A few small scattered spots and light staining on the envelope front
- Small red ink or crayon mark on the left edge of the envelope front
- Faint pencil marking on the envelope back
