Up for purchase is a remarkable piece of television history: an original first-generation mid-1980s Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends children's long-strap shoulder bag. Distributed exclusively within Australia via Gaffney International Licensing during the initial global launch of the historic Britt Allcroft series.

The front features a unique, raised 3D padded canvas pouch depicting Thomas's classic smiling face plate.
Classic bright red canvas body, full-width blue screen print, yellow accent trim, and a matching attached red canvas cross-body shoulder strap.
Condition:This 40-year-old bag is in lovely, highly presentable vintage pre-owned condition. The main red canvas is sturdy, the strap attachment points hold secure, and the internal compartment is clean. The front vinyl/screen-printed engine graphics have survived exceptionally well, showing only minor age-appropriate surface scuffs and small spots of localized color wear (predominantly near the lower yellow border text). Zippers work smoothly.
