Cute little set of 6 Cordials and tray. Alpaca silver (aka German or Nickel silver), a durable, corrosion-resistant alloy composed primarily ofcopper (60%), nickel (20%), and zinc (20%). Developed in 1823, it is not actually silver but a silver-colored metal used for affordable jewelry, cutlery, and decorative items.Decorated with mother of pearl or Abalone shell.
Tray market "Mexico Alpaca" and another market that I cannot read even with a magnifying glass. Each cordial is also market "Alpaca" on the bottom.
Tray measures about 9" long x 6.6" wide. Cordials stand just under 3" tall and are about 1-3/4" across the widest part. Pretty vintage set.
