You are purchasing the exact item shown. See photos for condition. I\'m not a lighter expert like I\'m sure many of you are so the manufacture date of this lighter is unknown. Also, when I turn the wheel there is no sound or spark...might just need a flint and of course needs fluid. Some scratches, dings, scuffs, dents, etc. as shown. Great for a collection as-is, but if you want to use it you will need to do a little restoration work I suppose.
