This lot of three vintage linens for baked goods includes two scone cozies and a bread basket liner.
•The white linen bread basket liner, or "hot rolls" cover, features hand-embroidered text on one corner that reads "Hot Rolls",
and delicate floral designs on all corners. It has an allover scalloped edge and a four-cornered shape designed to fit inside a basket. The four corners are then folded over the biscuits. No stains or damage.
•The white linen and Battenburg lace scone cozy features pockets and ties that can be tied together to form a basket for holding scones, biscuits, or bread rolls. This has never been used. No stains or damage, the ties are still in the original pinned position.
• The second cozy also has pockets and has one continuous ribbon running through small cutwork holes between floral embroidery near the scalloped edges. I used a wine charm to hang and open the pockets for the photo. There are no stains or damage.
The two embroidered pieces have been freshly laundered, line dried, and pressed. The Battenburg lace piece has not been laundered as it is in unused condition.
