A lot of three different vintage Kennedy-era commemorative plates from the early-to-mid 1960s — not duplicates, three distinct designs:
- An illustrated portrait captioned "PRESIDENT AND MRS. JOHN F. KENNEDY" in a gold ribbon banner — a widely circulated souvenir-shop design of the era.
- A photo-style plate showing JFK standing behind Jackie seated in a chair, captioned "President and Mrs. John F. Kennedy" in script.
- A family portrait captioned "J. F. Kennedy & Family," using the well-known Cecil Stoughton photo of the Kennedys (Jackie, JFK, Caroline, and John Jr.) taken Easter Sunday 1962 at Palm Beach.
All three are gold-rimmed porcelain/ceramic, consistent with the mass-produced souvenir plates sold in US tourist shops during JFK's presidency — likely made in Japan, though none show a confirmed maker's stamp in the photos. [Etienne: check the back of each for a stamp or city name, and measure each diameter — sizes commonly run 6"–9.5" across this genre and that's a real price driver.]
Condition: all three display well; Plate 2 has a small scratch/nick near the rim (see photos), and none show chips or cracks. [Confirm in hand and adjust as needed.]
A nice grouping for JFK/Kennedy-era political memorabilia collectors, ships together as one package.
