This set is in good vintage condition with normal age-related wear.
The Sanderson storage case shows exterior wear, scuffs, and surface marks consistent with decades of storage, but remains sturdy and functional.
The Private Pilot Course manual is structurally solid and fully readable. There is visible discoloration/water staining along the upper page edges and some page-edge rippling from previous storage conditions. Pages remain intact, clean, and free of mold or sticking.
The workbook is intact with no missing pages noted.
The 1972 Cessna 172/Skyhawk Owner’s Manual is included and shows vintage wear but remains complete and usable.
