Previous owner was retired from the Navy & at one time Chief of Naval Reserve, later worked at Lockheed, General Dynamics (and other aircraft mfg's) & had a role in the development of the F-22, A-12 (and others), he was a collector of various things and Patches was one..and has multiple of the projects or groups he was apart of or close to.I state the above to ensure that his patch collection was acquired during this years of service and are not recent reproduction's.
