Today I am offering this fantastic vintage dated 1980 "Peters True Blue Smokeless Shot Shells" metal tin sign.
This is a 46 year old Remington Arms Company authorized reproduction of a turn-of-the-century advertisement for their Peters True Blue Smokeless Shot Shells ammunition.
It features the iconic artwork of a hunter's gear and three black Labrador retriever puppies.
It is marked on the back lower edge as follows:

It measures 13" wide from side to side, and x 17" from top to bottom.
It is flat with slightly beveled top surface edges and is backed with cardboard.
It has a twine rope hanger threaded through two holes in the upper back center of the cardboard.
It is in absolutely wonderful condition. As near to pristine, mint condition as I can tell.
The colors are deep and vibrant.
Despite the age, you would think it could be new.
There are no scratches, dents, rust, or edge wear.
In my opinion it looks nearly as crisp as the day it was manufactured.
The only tell-tale sign that it isn't brand new is miniscule wear to the back corner tips.
The sturdy cardboard backing remains completely clean and intact.
This is a collector-grade piece perfect for display in any cabin, den, man cave, or hunting decor collection.
It is perfectly giftable in my opinion.
