Visible are well-dressed men on balconies, numerous pedestrians, and a series of identical early automobiles—some likely functioning as hired taxis—lining the street.

Signs for Montecarlo Café and a large beer advertisement appear along the building façades. One painted sign reads “C. Knosel,” possibly referencing a local merchant. Flags or banners hang across the street, suggesting a public celebration or civic announcement. A small park or plaza runs alongside the right edge of the street, with benches and shaded trees.
