Up for sale is a highly desirable, pre-prohibition lithographed tin "Vienna Art Plate" featuring the iconic "Lady Irene" (No. 105) portrait. Manufactured by the renowned Chas. W. Shonk Co. of Chicago, this rare variant is explicitly marked for the Ferdinand Heim Brewing Co. St. Louis, MO branch, distributed to promote their celebrated "Heims Select" lager beer.
While the Heim family famously built their massive brewing empire in the Kansas City East Bottoms, this plate honors their deep St. Louis roots and distribution network, making it a stellar cross-city collectible.

Condition Notes:
This plate is in authentic, as-found antique condition with a wonderful genuine patina. It displays normal signs of age, including surface wear, light scratches, minor paint loss/crazing, and oxidation consistent with a 120-year-old metal advertising sign. Please carefully review all high-resolution photos to judge the exact condition for yourself.
A fantastic, historically rich addition to any vintage breweriana, Missouri beer advertising, or pre-prohibition display!
