1941-45 USMA west point ny Cadet SCRAPBOOK Documents Ephemera Army/Navy Football For Sale

Embossed scrapbook of 1945 West Point Graduate Harry J Shaw. I have two autograph letters listed separately from this same collection, this is the balance. A wonderful collection of documents, ephemera and various items from his school years. Look carefully at the pictures. There is a used ticket for the 1941 Army Navy football game. There are several hunting licenses to hunt on base, very unique. There are a couple of early newspapers printed onboard ship, probably his fathers. The holiday menus at West Point are interesting, they loved their tom turkey and cigarettes for dessert. I like how they ranked each cadet on their report cards, very motivational, he was #2 in Military history. He kept everything loose in the scrapbook, luckily not pasted in. A wonderful piece of history.
