Here is an original SCHWINN Speedometer CABLE and housing only for your vintage Schwinn or other bicycle. This one is approx 24 1/4\" long and I believe fits bikes like Schwinn Corvette, Panther, Jaguar, Typhoon, American, etc Should fit others as well such as Schwinn Stingray, Fastback, possibly Krate series, (Orange, Apple, Lemon Peeler, Pea Picker, Grey Ghost, Cotton Picker, etc) Cool as well on a Huffy Rail, Steering Wheel bike, Dragster, Sears Screamer, Spyder, Murray Elimator, etc etc etc. Probably fits other bikes as well! BE SURE to check before you buy to be sure this will be right for you!
This includes the real original VINTAGE outer and inner cable shown. I tried this one myself, this one is TESTED AND WORKS! Approx 24\" long. (compare before you offer to be sure it will be right for you!)These often have inner cable broken, etc. It shows some obvious age but still works just fine! (see pics) THE TIP THAT GOES IN IS SLIGHTLY spread but it still works. (see pics) May have to tinker with it a little. IF this is any issue for you please do not purchase. (you can file it if needed) This stuff is not reproduced and original stuff is always best! It has the right look for your vintage bike!\"Period Correct\" items are always best on a vintage bike.
