A full rough layout by Phil Foglio for a Dragon Magazine What's New comic page. Foglio contributed to Dragon at least since the early 1980s, and I got this from him at the San Diego Comic Con in the late 90s or 2000s. The page contains the full dialogue and poses for a strip out dragons, and may differ slightly from the final published comic. The back of the page is a copy of another comic page, often used as. scratch paper at Studio Foglio.
