Antique 1906-1913 US Playing Card Co Bicycle 808 Red Mobile No 2 Back Deck & Box
Very nice antique shape. Set is a complete pinochle deck with all 48 cards present. Made by the US playing card company from 1906-1913 when the backs were changed to the Mobile no. 3 with an updated automobile. Cards and Box show normal wear and age. Box has some scuffing and minor loss. Has 2 very slight tears on the back from opening and closing. One side is loose as shown in last picture, and the other side is about halfway there. Box Exterior has remnants of the original tax stamp, and the missing portion is inside the box at the bottom as shown in picture #17. Cards have some slight bending and light patina. Theyve been played, but overall are fairly nice for their age. None of ripped or show any significant paper loss.
This is a rare deck of cards. Single random Playing cards have sold for between $50-$60 per card the past couple of years. You\'ll go a long way before finding another complete deck with box. Set displays very well.. See pictures to make your own determination on physical condition.
