Antique FIRST COMMUNION Medal Silver Ornate HOLY EUCHARIST Catholic JUNE 8, 1887 For Sale

For sale is an antique French First Communion small medal with a Chalice,Eucharist, and grapes.The back of this medal has "8 Juin 1887" for "June 8, 1887," and there is themonogram "SC" also.This medal measures approx. 3/4" wide x 3/4" high, is a small medal, and thismedal is thin and light in weight. There is a worn out French silver hallmark onthe bail, but it'sdifficult to make out. This medal was tested for silver, and testedpositive withahigh concentration of silver.
This item is antique and has a lot of age and wear including discoloration andsurface wear.Please note***the bail loop at the top of this medal is very very thinand worndown and is near breaking.Please see photos for details.
