For sale is an authentic late 19th-century Imperial German Model 1871 (Sg 71) sword bayonet with original factory sawback spine, complete with its brass-mounted black leather scabbard. Issued to specialist pioneer, engineer, and artillery units for use with the Mauser Model 1871 rifle.
