Simply Awesome Triceratops fossil frill section from the edge of the frill. Shows the characteristic rounded end of the frill edge with lots of great venation showing on the surface. Reconstructed from a fragmented section found in the Cretaceous Hell Creek Formation of South Dakota, this impressive piece measures roughly 6 X 5.25 inches (15.24 X 13.34 cm). Beautiful piece and much nicer than most fragments of the mid part of the frill usually offered. The white between some of the cracks is some glue filler.
