Kamen Rider Geats is a popular Japanese tokusatsu series centered around the Desire Grand Prix, a survival game in which Kamen Riders compete while fighting to protect the world and pursue their wishes. The series follows Ace Ukiyo, Kamen Rider Geats, as he participates in the Desire Grand Prix and becomes involved in the mysteries and secrets surrounding the game.

The DX Laser Raise Riser is an important transformation and weapon item used by the support Riders in Kamen Rider Geats. By inserting a Raise Riser Card into the Laser Raise Riser and operating the trigger and lever, various transformation, special attack, and support sounds can be activated. The DX Laser Raise Riser supports role-play for characters including Kamen Rider Gene and Kamen Rider Beroba, while additional Raise Riser Cards allow fans to recreate transformation scenes for other Riders as well.

The DX Boost Mark II Raise Buckle is a powerful Raise Buckle used by Kamen Rider Geats. When attached to the separately sold DX Desire Driver, it activates the transformation sequence for Kamen Rider Geats Boost Form Mark II. By turning the handle, the buckle opens and LED lights activate, followed by the transformation sound. The buckle can also be combined with the DX Laser Raise Riser and DX Desire Driver to recreate Kamen Rider Geats Laser Boost Form.

The DX Raise Riser Belt is designed to be worn with the Laser Raise Riser. Its Raise Buckle Holder allows the separately sold DX Laser Raise Riser to be attached to the belt, making it possible to enjoy a more immersive role-play experience based on the support Riders from Kamen Rider Geats.

The set also includes 4 Raise Riser Cards. The cards can be used with the DX Laser Raise Riser to activate different character-related transformation and role-play functions. The official DX Raise Riser Belt & Raise Riser Card Set originally included the Keela Raise Riser Card and Kyuun Raise Riser Card, while the DX Laser Raise Riser itself included the Gene Raise Riser Card and Beroba Raise Riser Card.
