Description Clay Grisby Signed Art Pottery Blue Flambe Glaze Wheel Thrown 6 1/2\" Chalice Goblet 1989- This one is in Excellent Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Crazing. Very nice Studio Art Pottery Chalice / Goblet. This wheel thrown goblet has a multicolor flambe glaze that streams on opposing sides. It has a light blue ground with an unglazed base signed by the artist Clay Grisby.
Clay Grisby is known for wheel thrown functional porcelain pottery with highly textured surfaces. Signature forms include pitchers, bowls, and mugs among a variety of other functional wares.
This measures 6 1/2\" High x 3 5/8\" Wide rim to rim. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this Chalice / Goblet.
