This is a brand-new, never opened, I-have-no-idea-what-it-contains item. It is the size of a CD and looks to contain a DVD. I'm guessing it speaks to Cartoon Network's On-Air initiatives or some such thing. This thing is extremely rare and I've only ever seen mention of it on a social media page. This more than likely came out early 2000s. My guess is between 2004-2009.
Measurements are 5.5 inches x 5 inches x .25 inches.
