Nakayoshi Shoujo Serial Story Magazines, with Extras SEE DESC For Sale

Ribon and Nakayoshi are two of the best known Shoujo serial magazines, showcasing new and popular manga artists in a larger format than your typical manga. This listing is for Nakayoshi. Each issue will have several sections, each containing a "chapter" of an ongoing story by the featured artists... the length of each "chapter" is similar to a typical American comic book. These are in JAPANESE, there will be some English sprinkled about, but the most everything will be in Japanese, although it is somewhat easier to read since almost all of the Kanji have included Furigana (small hiragana pronunciation aids). So, if you are learning to read Japanese, these are a little easier to read. The cool thing is, even if you can't read Japanese, the real-time Google Translate feature works pretty good nowadays, so with a little patience and creative reading, you can get most of the intent of the story. These were purchased new and belonged to my personal collection until now, I have kept them lovingly for many years. All of the inserts were removed and stored separately; I have made an effort to re-associate the extras that are dated with the original issues, but for the rest, I'll include at least two Extras at random with each issue purchased.
