• Natural changes after drying: Specimens may appear darker and may shrink slightly (more than 1mm) due to the drying process.
• Shipping process: Once your payment is clearly confirmed, your item will be prepared and sent to the post office within 7-10 days. Tracking information will be provided at that time.
• Condition of the item: These are authentic wild specimens. Some may have natural imperfections such as small scratches or minor damage. Please refer to the actual photos before purchasing.

3.1. Photos:

• All listed items are accurately represented by photos -what you see is what you will get.
• If the item does not match the description, you may send me a photo, and I will offer a replacement or refund as per your preference.

3.2. Shipping cost:

• Shipping options vary by region.
• If you\'d like me to hold and combine multiple items for you, I can do so for up to 30 days. This helps reduce the total shipping cost and avoids delays caused by \'s shipping process.
• All parcels that do not exceed the usual number of specimens will maintain the regular shipping fee, as shipping companies have recently increased their rates.
• Please note that combining shipments may carry a small risk during transit.
• Due to \'s new policy, sellers must enter the tracking number immediately, even if the shipping process is delayed. So after your payment, I will enter the tracking code and store the package as requested.
