Up for sale is a beautiful, highly collectible vintage mid-century Mexican modernist horseshoe key ring. This iconic design is strongly attributed to the famous Taxco designer Hubert Harmon and features a solid silver curved bar capped with two amethyst crystal points.Mechanism: The smaller amethyst cap features a screw-in mechanism that functions perfectly and smoothly, allowing you to easily add or remove keys.Metal Quality: There is a faint, worn maker\'s stamp near the screw threads on the bar. The piece has been non-destructively tested at home and successfully passed both the rare-earth magnet test (completely non-magnetic) and the thermal ice test, confirming it is solid silver.Condition Note (Please Read): This is an authentic, functional vintage estate piece that was heavily loved and used. As such, the larger amethyst stone has a visible chip/bruise on its tip (please see close-up photos).
