Prince of Wales is one of those wonderfully murky old British marques, with this version tied to the Scottish side of the brand’s history and identified by the distinctive St. Andrew’s Cross / Scottish flag stem logo.
Period references connect a related P.O.W. line to Scottish firm G.M. Frame, while other Prince of Wales pipes were produced in England, Denmark and later Italy — making the Scottish examples one of the more interesting branches of an already complicated family tree.

My shipping is a little more than some. I use UPS (unless it's going to a PO Box or non contiguous US) because UPS has a 98% success rate versus USPS at 87.5%. I have a dedicated UPS representative who goes above and beyond in the rare case there is a shipping issue. Three-ish dollars is worth the peace of mind in my opinion.
