For sale is an authentic, beautifully preserved piece of vintage 1930s handcrafted ribbon art. This charming mixed-media shadowbox piece features a highly dimensional silhouette lady elegantly dressed in tiers of hand-pleated peach satin ribbons and fine patterned lace trim. She is accented with intricate ribbon work rosettes in her hair and bouquet, carrying a stylized lace parasol.Condition Report:- Interior Art: Excellent vintage condition. The peach satin ribbons and lace retain strong color consistency with no major shattering, tears, or water stains.- Frame & Glass: Original 1930s metal Art Deco geometric frame behind protective glass. Glass is clear; frame has a lovely natural aged patina and several areas of wear.- Backing: Features its original era-correct cardboard backing and original metal top hanger with some marks and stains.
