Original early 20th-century real photo postcard showing a young boy seated in a studio portrait, holding an unusual toy dog or animal pull toy with harness and reins.
The child is posed in a striped outfit with white collar, seated on a studio chair. Beside him is a large early toy dog or pull toy, visible in excellent detail, showing the head, muzzle, collar or harness, and reins. The toy is a prominent feature of the image and relates to antique toys, early childhood photography, RPPCs, and studio portraiture.
The reverse has a divided postcard back with an AZO stamp box and the photographer’s imprint:
