Alexandra, Princess of Wales (1844–1925)— Born Princess Alexandra of Denmark; married the future Edward VII in 1863 and became Princess of Wales for nearly four decades. Celebrated for her beauty, fashion influence, and immense public popularity, she was a central figure of the London Season. Her attendance at social events often caused intense demand and overcrowding, exactly the concern reflected in Fife’s class=\"MsoNormal\">One of c.2,500+ items once from the collection or dealer stock of Winifred A Myers (Autographs) Ltd, St Martins Lane, London, evidenced by the quantity of Myers pre-printed envelopes and paper folders and the general ‘presentation’ of the items, many having Myers identification notes in pencil.
